All our pieces are made in standard sizes. We provide a detailed size chart so you can check your measurements and find your perfect fit before ordering. If you need help choosing your size, please contact us before placing your order — we are happy to guide you.
We recommend using our illustrated measurement guide to measure yourself at home. You will need a soft measuring tape to measure your chest, waist, hips, and shoulders. Compare your measurements to our size chart and use the Kiwi Sizing tool on our website for a personalized size recommendation.
We recommend sizing up. You are also welcome to contact us directly before ordering and we will help you decide based on your specific measurements and the fit of the piece.

Preorder & production
All of our pieces are made to order in Florida, USA. Once you place and pay for your order, production begins within a few days. Your piece will be handcrafted specifically for you and will be ready to ship within 30 to 45 days from the date of purchase.
Each piece is individually handcrafted in the United States using premium materials. We do not mass produce. This production time ensures the quality and attention to detail that defines our brand.
Yes, full payment is required at the time of purchase. This allows us to begin sourcing materials and allocating production for your specific order immediately.
Yes. We offer buy-now-pay-later options through Afterpay and Klarna, available at checkout. You pay in installments directly to Afterpay or Klarna — we receive the full payment on our end, so your order goes into production right away with no delays.
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, as well as Afterpay and Klarna for installment payments.
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a leading payment platform used by millions of businesses worldwide. We never store your card details.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that window has passed, we are unable to cancel your order as materials have already been allocated and production has started. To request a cancellation within the 48-hour window, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
If your cancellation request is within the 48-hour window, we will process your refund and notify Afterpay or Klarna. The refund timeline may vary depending on their policies.
Rerurns & exchanges
Because every piece is individually handcrafted to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues. We strongly encourage you to review our size chart carefully and contact us before ordering if you have any doubts about sizing.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or was made incorrectly, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue. We take full responsibility for any errors on our end.
Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, monitor calibration, and lighting conditions. Additionally, the texture and finish of premium fabrics can affect how a color looks in person compared to a photograph. This is a natural characteristic of fabric and digital photography and is not considered a defect. We provide multiple product photos including fabric close-ups to give you the most accurate representation possible.
In exceptional circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may offer store credit toward a future purchase. This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Florida, USA.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Once your order has been produced and shipped, standard delivery times apply based on your location and chosen shipping method. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
